A contract between the customer and Angel Alien is formed once an order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched, at which point your payment method will be charged.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian. Our products may not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Transmitting viruses, malicious code, or any destructive action on our website is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access to our services.
2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
All Angel Alien pieces are handcrafted in our Bali studio. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days of purchase. Please allow additional time for delivery depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, customs procedures, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events. In cases where fulfillment becomes impossible, we reserve the right to cancel an order partially or in full.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content you submit — excluding payment details — may be transferred across networks unencrypted. 4. PRODUCT & PRICING INFORMATION
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Some pieces are available in limited quantities and may sell out permanently.
Our jewelry is handcrafted using natural materials including sterling silver, gold-filled metals, genuine gemstones, and crystals. Natural materials carry inherent variations in color, texture, and pattern — these are not defects but the signature of authentic, living materials. We make every effort to photograph pieces accurately, but slight variations may exist between the product image and the piece you receive. This is the nature of handmade work and part of what makes each piece unique.
5. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is modified or canceled, we will notify you via email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
