CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. As policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Angel Alien cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees. Parcels returned to us by the carrier due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund.
MATERIALS & GEMSTONES
All Angel Alien pieces are crafted using sterling silver, gold-filled metals, and genuine gemstones and crystals. Because we work exclusively with natural materials, each stone carries its own unique variations in color, texture, pattern, and tone. No two pieces are ever identical — this is not a flaw, it is the signature of something real and alive.
Please keep in mind that gemstone colors may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. We photograph every piece with the utmost care to represent it accurately.
RING SIZING
Please refer to the ring size guide provided on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to get measured, or using a printable ring sizer.
Standard sizes are returnable if unworn and in original condition. Custom sized rings made to your specific measurement are non-returnable as they cannot be resold.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your Angel Alien pieces looking their best:
— Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in the pouch or box provided — Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising — Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals — Clean gently with a soft dry cloth — Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time — this can be restored with a silver polishing cloth
Proper care will ensure your piece remains as alive as the day it arrived.
HANDMADE & NATURAL VARIATION
Every Angel Alien piece is designed and handcrafted individually. Because of the handmade nature of our work and the use of natural materials, slight variations in texture, finish, and stone color may exist between the product photograph and the piece you receive. These variations are intentional and celebrated — they are what make each piece one of a kind.
SACRED SYMBOLISM
Every piece in our collection carries a spiritual meaning rooted in ancient mythology, sacred symbolism, and the natural world. Each product page includes the symbolism and meaning behind the piece — we encourage you to read it before purchasing, as many of our customers choose their pieces based on the energy and intention they wish to carry.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
We offer custom and made-to-order pieces for select designs. Contact us with the piece you are interested in and any specific requirements. Please double check all details you provide — we cannot be responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are created exclusively for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our Bali studio via DHL or FedEx. Processing time is 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details.
All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are unable to control its journey. If your package appears delayed, please first check your tracking number and contact the carrier directly. For international orders, customs processing can add additional days outside our control.
