All Angel Alien pieces are handmade in our Bali studio.
Processing time: 3–7 business days.
Shipping time (after production): USA: 5–7 business days Europe: 5–7 business days Australia: 4–8 business days Asia: 3–7 business days Rest of the world: 5–10 business days
We ship with trusted carriers including DHL and FedEx.
Customs & import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply in their country. We have no control over customs procedures and cannot speed up delays caused by them.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each Angel Alien piece is handcrafted to order, we ask that you choose with intention.
We accept returns and exchanges: Contact us within 7 days of delivery Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Conditions: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition Customer is responsible for return shipping costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-returnable items: — Earrings of any kind, for hygiene reasons — this is final and non-negotiable — Custom and made-to-order pieces — Worn, damaged, or altered items
To initiate a return: contact us at info@angelalienjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
We will issue a full refund including original shipping only in the case of a verified quality defect or an error on our part. If the return is not due to our mistake, original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed through your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
LOST PACKAGES
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are unable to control its journey. For international orders especially, once your parcel reaches your country it falls under the responsibility of your local postal service. We cannot issue refunds for lost or undelivered packages but will do everything we can to help you resolve the situation.
